Kettlebell Weight is a resource for practical, no-hype kettlebell training: workouts, technique breakdowns, programming, and honest equipment guides for people who mostly train at home.
We started this site because most kettlebell information online sits at one of two extremes — either oversimplified “10 best exercises” listicles, or dense material written for competitive lifters. We aim for the middle: clear, accurate, genuinely useful guides for the person with one or two kettlebells and limited time.
How we work
We don’t sell a guru persona, and we won’t pretend to be something we’re not. Instead:
- We research carefully and cite our sources. When we state a number, a physiological claim, or a best practice, we link to where it comes from — peer-reviewed research, recognized strength coaches, or established institutions.
- A named editorial team reviews every guide. Each article is fact-checked and edited by the Kettlebell Weight editorial team before it’s published, and revisited as best practices change.
- We separate fact from opinion. Where something is settled, we say so and cite it. Where it’s a judgment call or general practice, we say that too.
You can read exactly how we make and check our content on our Editorial Standards page.
